The Amour Brooch in antique silver-toned brass with crystal rhinestones is from Balenciaga’s 50th Couture Collection. It is made in France.

This jewelry is inspired by a brooch from Cristóbal Balenciaga’s Winter 1967 Couture Collection. Originating from a seaside town, M. Balenciaga often referenced the nautical world in his designs. Here, an octopus structure recalls a heart shape.

The brooch is composed of 142 rhinestones mounted in pronged settings and requires approximately 20 hours of work.

The closure is a stainless-steel pin.

Dimensions are 5.8 x 7.7 x 1.9 centimeters. Weight is 54 grams.
